Recon’s stay in LA: Leather Pride, Full Fetish Tribal Rites and Off Sunset Festival

The other week Team Recon jetted over to LA for three big events: LA Leather Pride, Full Fetish Tribal Rites and the Off Sunset Festival!
It was a busy, busy week for those of us who went over, and though we were tired as hell when we returned, we had such an incredible time.
Full Fetish Tribal Rites, our joint party with Avatar Club, went down really well with the hot fetish men in attendance. There were a lot of guys there into BDSM, and they were well catered to with the equipment available. We were also happy to bring our sleazy Recon touch to proceedings, and the dark room and slings were busy all night!
The Mr LA Leather 2015 contest drew some extremely hot contestants – including the ultimate winner, Patrick Smith – and an incredibly receptive crowd. We'll be catching up with Patrick later in the year to get his thoughts on winning the title, and see what he's been able to achieve in his new role (as well as, no doubt, ask him our usual filthy line of questions).
As a close to proceedings we were at the Off Sunset Festival on the Sunday daytime. We set up a stall in the bright LA sunshine and got to meet and chat with a whole host of fetish guys, who were all enjoying some fun in the sun. It was a great opportunity to get to know new people in the community, share a beer and check out the fetish gear on display. It was a great way to round off what was a massively successful weekend.
