Recon Improvements – new Help and Customer Support section

You may have noticed the changes we've made to the site in the past few months. We're working on improving Recon in every way possible, and that includes the ways in which you contact us and let us know how we're doing.
As part of our site upgrades, we've given you a brand new Help and Customer Support section. Designed to fit in with our new look (the old Customer Support section was like an ugly cousin to the main Recon site), you'll also find clearer Help articles and an overhauled 'Submit a Request' facility.
We're pretty confident you'll be able to find the answers to all of your questions in our new Help section, but if you want to talk to us you can simply submit a request using one of our brand new forms, and we'll respond to you within 24 hours.
You can even send us attachments or screenshots of any problems you might be having (and we won't say no to a bit of filth, if the mood takes you…), so the Customer Support Team at Recon Towers can resolve your issues and get you back to cruising in record time.
So take a look around – you'll find the Help and Customer Support section on the left hand side of the bar at the bottom of site, or if you're using the app, you can just tap on Help in the main menu - and if you have any issues, you know what to do!
