NEW! - <b>Recon</b> dynamic help system launched.

As previewed in our brand new Recon Magazine (June issue) we’ve launched Recon’s new dynamic help system which includes a clearer customer support request form.
Recognising that sometimes members are unsure how to access all the features of Recon, the new help system - accessed by clicking the 'HELP ?' icon above the Recon logo on any page - enables dynamic keyword and topic searching, bringing back a list of matches to your help search query.
In addition there’s an option to feedback how helpful the answer text was, enabling us to periodically review and improve our service.
Finally, there’s a clearer customer support request form - accessed by selecting 'ASK' within the help section – enabling you to contact Recon Customer Support if you’re unable to find an answer to your question.
Over the coming months we'll be adding content to the help system to address more of the queries that members frequently e-mail us about.
