it understands that it has no right to choose; that it will be claimed at some point with appropriate owner for the rest of its life. it will be trained in service without options or stated limits.

it has no family, no assets and no possessions of any value, little financial obligations beyond its present meager existence. it is trained to do without and very little to survive.

Until it is owned again, it is available for use/abuse by sadists in Long Beach interested in continuing breaking it in preparation for future brutal ownership.

it rents room, so it is unable to host. it has no car (so Long Beach area preferable) and is usually available some Sundays and Mondays as its work schedule is heavy and is constantly changing. LA Metro Owners and Superiors will try to arrange with much longer travel times on public trans. Interested Owners beyond LA Metro will take serious time to earn enough money from minimum wage employment for visit/inspection and time off from work to travel. No vacation time until 2018
